Not on this scale! And most likely not at all. Actually, at one time there weren't
many options for accessing an underground Sanitary Sewer Line other than to
excavate! But technologies for pipe repair and reconstruction have advanced
tremendously, and it is now possible to perform many types of repair without digging at
all!
